Superb quality classic Cotton Velvet. Originating in Baghdad velvet has been produced since the 13th Century before being truly popularised by weavers in Venice, Florence & Genoa in the 14th Century.

Offering a uniquely sumptuous, soft & shiny feel it has become a versatile fabric being used for everything from Curtains & upholstery to handbags & clothing.

The Fabric & Ordering

The fabric is priced per metre.

To order simply add metres to your basket – we will cut as one continuous length up to the standard 20m full roll option. Half metres are available by entering 0.5 (half metre), 1.5 (one and a half metres) etc.
